The Patrician Group specializes in therapy services for the individual, couple and/or family, as well as group counseling and workshops. Our office is conveniently located in Lanham, MD.

We understand that each individual’s mental wellness need is uniquely your own. Simone Warrick-Bell (formerly Livingston), LCPC

Ms. Livingston’s goal as your therapist is to help you achieve your goals in a positive and healthy method. She cherishes building connections with clients to assist in creating change in their life.  Ms. Livingston’s hope is to collaboratively work with her clients to cope with issues, improve symptom management and develop a space of comfort. Ms. Livingston has years of experience in treating adolescents and adults who are impacted by anxiety, depressive symptoms, adjustment issues, transitional stressors and family issues.


Latoya McQuater, LCPC

Ms. McQuater is a licensed clinical professional counselor in the state of Maryland. She graduated with a Master’s of Education degree specializing in mental health counseling from the University of Virginia in 2008. Ms. McQuater has experience working with adults and adolescents, for over 10 years. Ms. McQuater treats clients will all types of challenges such as anxiety, depression, abuse, and domestic violence. Ms. McQuater works with clients through individual, family, and couples therapy modalities. Her practice style can best be described as client centered, as she allows her clients to guide the session, focusing on what they feel is significant in the moment. Ms. McQuater looks forward to helping you reestablish a sense of stability, happiness, and fulfillment in your journey toward emotional and psychological wholeness.

Lisa Lavitt, LCSW-C

Ms. Lavitt is a clinical psychotherapist, with approximately 20 years of diverse human service experiences.  She has worked with men, women, children, couples and first-time parents; as well as incarcerated individuals and those who have struggled with substance abuse issues.

Aleiscia Sargent, LGPC

Let me help you live your best life,” Mrs. Sargeant’s goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and empowering therapeutic alliance. She works to deepen your understanding of yourself and your relationships as well as establish lasting holistic change. She enjoys working with couples, adolescents, and adults. Her experience includes helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity concerns.


Bria Culp, LGPC

Bria Culp is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor. Through the use of reality therapy, various psychotherapy techniques and collaborative treatment measures, Ms. Culp helps her clients cope with life’s various obstacles through the development of life-changing habits. Therapy sessions are designed to work through life’s issues and provide effective tools to help improve daily living. Ms. Culp’s goal is to guide you on this journey. Her client base ranges from teens to adults. Ms. Culp specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression and trauma.


Holly Ashley, LMSW

Holly Ashley, LMSW, received her Master of Social Work degree (with a specialization in Clinical Behavioral Health) from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. She is a licensed Master Social Worker in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition, she completed an advanced postgraduate Forensic Social Work Certification through the University of Maryland Continuing Education Department.

As a clinician, Holly meets clients where they are by utilizing their strengths and helping them reach their full potential. Specializing in working with children/adolescents who have behavioral challenges at home and/or at school and their families. These challenges can create stress within the entire family unit and at times, the individual parent or couple of the child or children. We will be able to decrease stress and increase understanding and effective coping mechanisms. When working with children and adolescents, she values collaboration with parents to provide education and support. Her office is a safe space that is free to open expression, exploration, and healing.


Ramonia Morant, LGPC

Ramonia Morant is a licensed graduate professional counselor in the state of Maryland. Ms. Morant has worked in the mental health field since 2010 using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, TFCBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic. Because life can take us through dark tunnels and on bumpy roads that can cause emotional and physical stress, Ms. Morant is able to meet the individual client where they are, to help them get to where they want to be. Ms. Morant offers individual counseling to youths and adults experiencing short- and long-term challenges in life. She values empathy, warmth, encouragement, and continued learning.


Catherine Wilsnack, LMSW

Catherine Wilsnack, LMSW, earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Wilsnack works with individuals and families living with chronic and life-limiting illness, experiencing grief and loss, or managing depression and anxiety. Ms. Wilsnack enjoys working with clients and assisting them achieve their therapeutic goals. She has experience working in healthcare, specifically hospice and in-patient care settings. She tailors evidence-based interventions to meet her client’s needs, with a focus on empowering her clients to achieve short and long term goals.

Dione Finney, LCPC (Pastoral Counselor)

She offers a holistic approach with a blend of personal and professional experience in a safe environment, giving freedom to express your emotions and to be heard without judgment.
